💰 Salary & Progression:
Starting Base Salary: £28,000
Passing probation: £31,000 Base Salary
Opportunity for Base Salary to rise to £41k within 9–12 months
Strong commission structure: Uncapped!

📌 What You’ll Do:

• Visiting blue collar workplaces like care homes, Bus depots, warehouses etc
• Speak directly with staff and offer employee benefits that truly improve lives – from health support to financial protection with our insurance offering
• Work pre-booked locations—NO cold calling!
