I've spent the last 13 years working in HR and recruitment, and I’m passionate about helping businesses find and grow great talent. 

I care deeply about diversity and inclusion at every level, and I’m proud to be part of our EDIB steering committee. 

With a strong background in talent acquisition strategy and a good sense of what makes teams tick commercially, I focus on building high-performing teams that do well in fast-moving environments.
